Service Warranty Policy

To book a service with Break To You Mobile Car Maintenance, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.

• The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Customers are required to provide at least one day (24 hours) notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Our service fees include labor costs and any additional charges based on the services provided.
• All fees will be communicated to the customer before the service is performed.

• Brake2You Mobile Car Maintenance will not be liable for any damages to the vehicle that are not a result of our services.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their personal belongings inside the vehicle during the service.

• We provide a warranty on the services performed for a specified period. Please refer to our warranty policy for more information.

•  We collect personal information to provide our services and may use this information for communication purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Brake2You Mobile Car Maintenance. Reproduction or distribution of any content without permission is prohibited.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Philadelphia PA.

• Brake2You Mobile Car Maintenance provides a warranty for all labor services performed on your vehicle. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first, from the date of service completion.
• The Company warrants that all labor services performed on your vehicle will be free from defects in workmanship and materials.
• If any issues arise within the warranty period due to the quality of our service, the Company will repair or re-perform the service at no additional cost to the customer.

• This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear of the vehicle.
• Improper maintenance or misuse of the vehicle.
• Accidents, collisions, or other external factors.
• Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel.
• Use of non-approved parts or materials.

• To make a warranty claim, please contact Brake2You Mobile Car Maintenance at car@brake2you.com within the warranty period.
• The Company may request proof of service and may inspect the vehicle to determine the cause of the issue.
• Warranty claims will be processed promptly, and appropriate actions will be taken to resolve the issue.

• The liability of the Company under this warranty is limited to the repair or re-performance of the service covered by the warranty.
• The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

• This warranty is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania Any disputes arising from the warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Philadelphia PA.

Brake2You performs mobile oil and brake services exclusively on private property. We do not operate on public streets, public parking lots, or any government-owned property. Service must be scheduled at a residential driveway, private parking area, or with prior written permission from the property owner or manager.
